Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor We are recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a busy manufacturing environment in Portsmouth. This is a hands on role managing a team of up to 30 operators, ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high standards across organisation, discipline, safety and quality.This position would suit someone with a strong production or manufacturing background who is confident leading people, enforcing standards and driving improvements across the workshop floor. Lean manufacturing experience would be highly advantageous.The role - Production Supervisor You will be responsible for the day to day running of the shop floor, ensuring production targets are achieved whilst maintaining an organised, safe and productive environment.
