The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all shop floor activities, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. A key part of this role is ensuring strict adherence to all manufacturing processes, quality systems and fire door compliance requirements. The Production Supervisor will drive a culture of accountability, organisation and continuous improvement throughout the factory, ensuring work areas remain safe, efficient and well organised at all times.
