Production Supervisor (Timber Manufacturing) 4 Day WK Wallasey, Merseyside Permanent Position 33k to 35k Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 5:15pm 40 hours paid per week Some Fridays (Not often and classed as overtime) will be expected to be worked depending on workload Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all shop floor activities, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. A key part of this role is ensuring strict adherence to all manufacturing processes, quality systems and fire door compliance requirements. The Production Supervisor will drive a culture of accountability, organisation and continuous improvement throughout the factory, ensuring work areas remain safe, efficient and well organised at all times. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong presence on the shop floor and a commitment to maintaining high standards across production, housekeeping, quality and safety. Essential Skills and Experience Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. Experience implementing and enforcing production processes and quality standards. Ability to drive performance whilst maintaining attention to detail.
