These are newly created roles driven by continued expansion, offering the opportunity to play a key part in shaping day-to-day operations and team performance. The Role As Production Supervisor, you will take responsibility for managing a small production team, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality output, and full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. You will be a hands-on leader, supporting, developing, and motivating your team to achieve production targets.
