As a result, they''re looking for a confident Production Supervisor who can lead from the front, develop high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence.This is a highly visible role where you''ll have the autonomy to influence performance, improve standards, and play a key part in the site''s continued growth.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for leading a team of around 20-30 colleagues, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Key responsibilities include: Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing production teamDriving KPIs including OEE, labour efficiency, waste reduction, plan attainment and line performanceEnsuring compliance with food safety, HACCP, GMP and quality standardsSupporting customer audits, product launches and continuous improvement initiativesIdentifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and operational performanceManaging performance, attendance and employee ..... full job details .....
