With new customers, a strong leadership team, and clear focus on quality and performance, they need someone to step in and keep operations running smoothly.What you ll do: Lead and develop a team of 20-30Drive production KPIs: plan attainment, OEE, waste, line speeds, labour efficiencyEnsure products are made right first time, meeting food safety, HACCP, and GMP standardsSupport audits, customer visits, and product launchesIdentify and implement improvements using Lean principlesManage attendance, performance, and development of your team What you need: Supervisory experience in food manufacturingExperience leading large teams in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of food safety, HACCP, and GMPStrong communication and organisational skillsProactive, hands-on, and solution-focused Nice to have: NVQ/Food Manufacturing qualification, Level 3 Food Safety and HACCP, IOSH/Health and Safety trainingThis is a practical, hands-on leadership role with scope to influence and improve your area - perfect if you want responsibility and the chance to make a difference.
