You ll be running shifts, managing a team, solving problems in real-time, and making sure everything from start-up to handover runs like it should.You know what factory life s like fast, pressured, full of curveballs. And as Production Supervisor, you ll be the one keeping your area on track when plans inevitably change.This is a 3 s and 2 s shift pattern (06 00), known as the Blue Shift. It s not for everyone, but it gives you long weekends every other week and once you''re into the rhythm, it works.What a Production Supervisor actually does here: Lead the team. Own the shift. Fix the issues. Make sure labour, materials and machines are all lined up at the start. Be visible not just during start-up and shutdown, but throughout the shift. Handle team briefings, performance chats, return-to-works and handovers. Hit your KPIs while keeping safety and quality rock solid. Identify weak spots, support your team, and drive improvements.
