Key Responsibilities for a Production Supervisor: Lead, motivate and develop the production team across 6 production lines to consistently achieve KPIs.Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.Work closely with the Warehouse Operations Manager to implement and execute daily production plans.Identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently to avoid downtime and maintain output.Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity on the shop floor.Ensure accurate use and updating of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to meet production targets.
