You''ll be tasked with managing the manufacturing team to ensure targets are being met and parts are being delivered on time to customers. This is a chance for you to be involved with the latest technology within their specialism and supply into the exciting sectors of motorsport and aerospace. They have full manufacturing on site so you''ll see the products go from concept through to completion. There is a mix of experience and younger profiles in the team so you''ll need to train/develop junior employees and keep experienced employees motivated.
