The role will provide a clear management presence across the machining and production teams, helping to ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, to the required quality standard and in line with customer and business priorities. The Production Supervisor will work closely with Section Leads, Team Leads, Planning, Engineering, Quality and other departments to maintain production flow, resolve day-to-day issues, improve communication and support consistent standards of performance, conduct and accountability.
