Production Supervisor

Role: Production Supervisor / Shift Production Manager / Production Leader Salary: £47,000 - £48,000 per annum + overtime at enhanced rates (£52k - £54k potential with overtime) + up to 10% company pension (15% total from you and company) + life assurance + 25 days holiday + bank holidays + ongoing development opportunities and more. Hours: DAYS ONLY 6am till 6pm on a Panama style shift pattern Location: Commutable from Oxford, Abingdon, Didcot, Witney, Bicester, Banbury, Reading, Newbury, Swindon and surrounding areas Company We are currently recruiting for an exciting Production Supervisor / Shift Production Manager opportunity within a well-established and highly respected heavy manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives within a smaller team environment and enjoys taking real ownership and responsibility within a manufacturing operation.
