Production Supervisor / Team Leader

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for supervisors on behalf of one of our well-known Clients in the Crewe area. Our client is a UK wide company specialising in the storage, distribution and management of packaging solutions for many lead retailers. Daily duties will include:To support the Depot Manager in meeting/exceed KPI targetsResponsible for applying the BRCGS requirements through the understanding of the Standard Operating Procedures, SSOW, prescribed templates and checklists. As the HACCP Leader, ensure that all aspects of product quality, safety, security and legality are maintained within the operation through the prerequisite programs and resulting control points and critical control points identified through the HACCP study.To develop excellent relationships with customers, 3rd Party, and the supply chainTo work with the Equipment Control Team to ensure that Asset Management protocols and procedures are accurately administered and maintained. To ensure that Depot function effectively supports the implementation of HSE, Hygiene and HR policies/procedures.
