The job Supporting the Production Manager with the day-to-day running. of the packing and filling operations. Oversee staff, ensuring they are trained and follow procedures. Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and Health & Safety. Ensure CIP cleaning is completed correctly and records are accurate. Monitor product quality, stock rotation, and consumables Assist with audits, investigations, and staff performance reviews.
