Production Supervisor - Bespoke JoinerySalary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Holiday: 20 days + Bank Holidays Christmas shutdownThe RoleA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a well-established and growing bespoke joinery manufacturing business.The company specialises in the manufacture of high-quality bespoke joinery and furniture for residential and commercial projects, and is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the factory floor.This is a hands-on supervisory role, responsible for overseeing Bench Joiners, Machinists, CNC Operators, Veneering, Assembly, Factory Operatives and temporary or agency staff.You will organise daily production, allocate workloads, monitor project progress, resolve manufacturing issues and ensure work moves efficiently through each stage of production.The successful candidate will be a confident and organised leader who can maintain control of multiple live projects while ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, traceability, Health and Safety and workmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily ProductionOrganise and supervise the daily workload across the factory.Allocate work to production staff according to priorities and production requirements.Ensure manufacturing follows the agreed production programme.Monitor progress throughout the working day.Identify and resolve production issues quickly and ..... full job details .....
