Production Supervisor

Seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production process, leading the production team and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

This is a hands-on position involving decanting, unloading, packing and stock management, alongside supporting the wider operations team when required. The ideal Production Supervisor will have previous warehouse or production experience, strong organisational skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities of a Production Supervisor

• Supervise the production process and lead the production team.
• Decant, unload and pack
• Manage Stock reports, Stock management
• Support the creation of the production rota.
• Maintain accurate production records.

• Maintain Health and safety standards
• Support the Operations Manager with picking and packing, and unloading vehicles when required.

Required Key Skills & Experience for a Production Supervisor

• Ability to manage and motivate staff effectively.
• Experience in a warehouse operative role.
• Demonstrable ability to adhere to strict health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure and multitask.
• Proactive rather than reactive, with good internal and external communication skills.
• A ''can do'' attitude, a flexible and adaptable approach, and a willingness to muck in.
• A good standard of appearance and personal hygiene, as the role involves handling food products and representing the business.

Desired Key Skills & Experience

• Forklift licence.
• Experience in a food production environment.

Location: Evesham, Worcestershire

Hours of work: 8am-5pm (Monday- Friday)

Rate of Pay: -14.32 - -15.38 per hour (depending on experience)

Contract: Temporary- Permanent -
