Your daily duties will include:Providing the team with clear direction to ensure daily production targets achieved to the highest standards.Motivating your team to work to required standards and achieve results.Identify and organise resource required to accomplish all tasks across shift.Provide colleagues with development opportunities by identifying training needs and implementing coaching to assist with the developmental journey.Recruit, induct, training and development of all operators to optimise their performance and ability to deliver on objectives.Review, assess and positively manage timekeeping and attendance within the team.Act as a role model and implement good safety practices through ..... full job details .....
