Production Supervisor

Role: Production Supervisor Location: DeesideType: PermanentSalary: Up to 40,000 per annum We''re working with a successful and growing manufacturing business based in Deeside, currently looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to join their team.The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of assembly and dispatch operatives to ensure the efficient and high-quality production of goods. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of both departments, ensuring health and safety compliance, hitting production targets, and continuously improving productivity and quality standards.Responsibilities: Supervise the assembly department in accordance with the production schedule issued by Production ControlSupervise and coordinate the daily operations of the despatch team to meet production and delivery schedulesMaintain accurate records of production output, attendance, incidents, and equipment issuesCoordinate with the production control team regarding the assembly order needs and notify any issues or worries that could threaten the production timelineEnsuring finished product matches expected quality standardCoordinate requirements with other departments, keep the operations manager informed about workflow, and make sure KPIs are maintainedMaintain a strong focus on quality, ensuring products meet company and customer specificationsMonitor performance, provide training and support to team members, and conduct regular performance reviewsInduct ..... full job details .....
