The role involves managing workflow, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and leading a team to meet production targets efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate production activities across multiple product lines.Monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards.Train, motivate, and manage production staff.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.Achieve production targets and deadlines.Collaborate with departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics.Operate and maintain machinery as required.RequirementsPrevious experience in food manufacturing (confectionery experience desirable).Strong leadership and team management skills.Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Flexibility for shift work if required.Forklift license (advantageous but not essential).What We OfferOpportunities for career growth and ..... full job details .....
