Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor sought by a recycling facility in Runcorn. This subsidiary of an international, £multibillion turnover plastics manufacturer is focused on growing the circular economy and they see innovation within PVC recycling as pivotal to their global sustainability strategy. Your Role as Production Supervisor:As Production Supervisor, you will lead the operation to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient production performance. You will manage Shift Team Leaders, drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, and ensure achievement of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and environmental objectives while supporting the Production Manager. Your responsibilities will include: Lead a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements Manage Shift Team Leaders to deliver production targets for throughput, yield, quality, OEE, and cost performance Drive continuous improvement through Lean, TPM, Root Cause Analysis, and data-driven decision making Develop team capability through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement Ensure products meet customer, quality, and regulatory requirements while promoting adherence to SOPs and best practices Work with Engineering and Maintenance to maximise equipment reliability, asset performance, and plant availability Lead operational reporting, performance reviews, and improvement actions, deputising for the Production Manager when required ..... full job details .....
