Production Supervisor

Production Supervisors sought to join an award-winning, £multimillion turnover food manufacturing company based in Bilston. They are a privately owned company who supply numerous sectors including foodservice, retail, wholesale and catering, both in the UK and abroad. They are permanent, full-time positions on the PM shift (Tuesday Friday: 2pm-10.30pm, Saturday: 9am-5.30pm). There are positions available from Level 2 to Level 3 depending on candidate experience. Your Duties as Production Supervisor: Manage an assigned production area, overseeing daily production schedules Drive day-to-day operational performance to meet productivity and efficiency targets Support, develop and look after your team, promoting wellbeing, fairness and respect at all times Create a positive working environment Maintain accurate and timely data within the computerised production system Lead and support a team of Line Operatives and Machine Minders Communicate clearly and confidently in English Demonstrate and role-model our Company Values in all aspects of your work What We re Looking For: Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, Line Leader, Shift Leader etc Strong organisational and leadership skills Food manufacturing industry experience HACCP awareness A genuine commitment to team wellbeing and engagement The ability to work calmly and decisively in a fast-paced environment A proactive approach to problem-solving A commitment to quality, safety and continuous ..... full job details .....
