They are a privately owned company who supply numerous sectors including foodservice, retail, wholesale and catering, both in the UK and abroad.   They are permanent, full-time positions on the PM shift (Tuesday – Friday: 2pm-10.30pm, Saturday: 9am-5.30pm).   There are positions available from Level 2 to Level 3 depending on candidate experience.   Your Duties as Production Supervisor: Manage an assigned production area, overseeing daily production schedules Drive day-to-day operational performance to meet productivity and efficiency targets Support, develop and look after your team, promoting wellbeing, fairness and respect at all times Create a positive working environment Maintain accurate and timely data within the computerised production system Lead and support a team of Line Operatives and Machine Minders Communicate clearly and confidently in English Demonstrate and role-model our Company Values in all aspects of your work   What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, Line Leader, Shift...
