Production Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing business at an exciting stage of development. This is a newly created role designed to strengthen production performance, enhance quality outcomes, and develop team capability based in Smethwick. Please note this position is based on site, working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. The role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of production quality, lead and develop Team Leaders, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
