Ensure materials, staff and equipment are available. Monitor production performance and minimise downtime and waste. Maintain accurate production records and update company systems. Report production and maintenance issues promptly. Staff Management Manage and support production staff to achieve targets. Monitor performance, attendance and timekeeping. Communicate priorities and conduct toolbox talks. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Shifts- Monday- Thursday 4pm- 2.30pm- Off every Friday- Temp to perm role- Please get in Touch with Mikala- Temporary
