Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting a Production Supervisor for their client based in Newcastle under Lyme.
For this Production Supervisor role, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out regular equipment inspections and overseeing daily cleaning procedures to ensure all units remain safe and free from hazardous materials
• Reporting faults, defects, breakdowns, or maintenance issues promptly to site management
• Supporting repair, maintenance, construction, and other operational tasks in line with client requirements
• Monitoring completed work to ensure quality standards are achieved and deadlines are consistently met
• Operating forklifts and other manufacturing machinery as required within the role
• Providing additional support to the wider operations team across the site as needed

For this Production Supervisor role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a Paint or Coatings environment is beneficial
• Proven experience in a production/manufacturing role is essential
• Clear communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Understanding of basic health and safety awareness
• FLT licence would be advantageous but not essential

Salary: £28,500.00 - £30,000.00 P/A
Days/Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00
