This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved on the production floor, leading by example and working as part of a small, close-knit team. If you have experience in food manufacturing, production or both, we'd love to hear from you. The Role This isn't a desk-based supervisory position. You'll be working alongside the team every day, helping to produce high-quality food products while ensuring production runs smoothly, safely and efficiently. You'll be responsible for: Supervising and supporting a small production team. Working hands-on within the production process. Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensuring all Critical Control Points (CCPs) and food safety procedures are followed. Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and health & safety. Completing production records accurately.
