You''ll be working alongside the team every day, helping to produce high-quality food products while ensuring production runs smoothly, safely and efficiently. You''ll be responsible for: Supervising and supporting a small production team. Working hands-on within the production process. Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensuring all Critical Control Points (CCPs) and food safety procedures are followed. Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and health & safety. Completing production records accurately.
