Participates in the definition of deadlines for orders to be transformed. Adapts machine and shop capacity based on order books. Ensures coordination with the other departments, in particular Extrusion, Maintenance, Logistics, Technical Service and SEP. Organises in collaboration with the technical department the installation and start-up of new machines. Monitors the maintenance of equipment in the workshop within its scope in coordination with the Technical and Maintenance departments.
