Production Supervisor

Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: WalsallPay Rates: Starting from 18 - 20 per hour (Negotiable, dependent on experience) Hours: 06:00 - 16:30 (flexibility required to work 11-12 hour shifts) We are seeking a hands-on Working Production Supervisor to join our growing food manufacturing business. This role is ideal for an experienced professional from the food industry - particularly within the meat sector - who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading from the front.As a Working Supervisor, you will lead small teams across butchery, packing, chilled, and frozen areas, ensuring targets are met while maintaining the highest levels of hygiene, safety, and quality.
