To lead and support the production team, ensuring a safe, efficient and high-quality manufacturing operation that consistently meets production schedules and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop the production team to achieve departmental targets. Ensure safe systems of work are followed in line with Health and Safety legislation.
