Known for combining traditional recipes with modern production techniques, they''re now looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join their Birmingham site on a permanent, full-time night shift basis. About the Role As Production Supervisor, you''ll oversee production and dispatch operations from start to finish on the night shift, leading a team of Team Leaders and operatives to deliver high-quality product safely, efficiently, and on time. You''ll play a key role in maintaining hygiene, compliance, and BRC audit standards, while driving continuous improvement across the site. Key Responsibilities Team Management Motivate and direct Team Leaders to produce, pack, and maintain quality-based product Supervise all aspects of Team Leaders'' work and allocate resources as needed Manage production and dispatch operations across the full product lifecycle Plan staff cover to ensure sufficient resource in all areas at all times Step in on operational duties to meet deadlines or cover staff absence Build effective working relationships across your team, management, and other departments Compliance and Quality Manage site hygiene functions and ensure cleaning schedules are followed Monitor and maintain finished product ..... full job details .....
