Production Supervisor (Nightshift)

You''ll be responsible for setting up production lines, organising ingredients and packaging, and executing production plans in line with allergen protocols. Your duties will include monitoring product quality, completing documentation, training new staff, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping, health and safety, and food hygiene. You''ll also be expected to lead by example, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with other departments to meet production KPIs.What you''ll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you''ll need at least 12 months of hands-on experience in a food manufacturing environment.
