This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader who has previously worked night shifts and led medium-sized production teams. Key Responsibilities Lead medium-sized manufacturing teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets. Ensure production plans are delivered efficiently and to schedule. Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions where required. Promote and maintain high Health & Safety and quality standards. Manage production headcount in line with agreed budgets. Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Ensure effective shift handovers and communication. Coach, develop and hold Production Leaders and Operatives accountable.
