Production Supervisor (Nights)

Your new role As Nightshift Production Supervisor, you''ll be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe running of manufacturing operations during the night shift (Monday to Thursday, 7:30pm-6:00am). You''ll lead a team to ensure production schedules are met, food safety standards are upheld, and hygiene practices are strictly followed. The role involves hands-on support in the production area, managing quality control, reporting on maintenance issues, and driving continuous improvement across processes and productivity. What you''ll need to succeed You''ll need a solid understanding of manufacturing systems and procedures, along with knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, and food safety standards. Strong attention to detail, logical decision-making, and the ability to motivate others are essential. Experience in a food production environment and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality will set you apart. What you''ll get in return You''ll receive a competitive salary starting from £32,000, plus a night shift bonus of £41.56 per shift (equivalent to £8,644 annually).
