Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Dewsbury (may initially need to work the first few weeks at our Bradford site) Competitive salary and benefits Role We have an exciting new opportunity for a production supervisor to join our new Offsite facility in Dewsbury. In this role you will deliver effective and lean production of offsite solutions as part of the production team, ensuring that projects are manufactured to specification and delivered in line with planned costs, durations and efficiencies. You will work with the operations team to ensure that any re-engineering and pre-assembly solutions are incorporated and variations to initially agreed plans are managed in accordance with NG Bailey Offsite (OSM) processes. Our new facility will be available from early 2026, so the successful candidate may be required to initially work from our Bradford site until the Dewsbury premises are available. Responsibilities: Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety rules and ensure proper use of PPE.Conduct safety checks and risk assessments.Lead incident investigations and report findings. Team Supervision and Leadership: Lead and manage a team of production operatives across shifts.Allocate tasks and monitor performance to ensure targets are achieved.Provide coaching, support, and motivation to team members.
