The Role:
* Leading and motivating a production team operating state-of-the-art automated machinery
* Ensuring production targets, quality standards, and KPIs are consistently achieved
* Identifying and resolving operational issues with a proactive, hands-on approach
* Driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance
* Monday - Friday role (days-based)

The Person:
* Experience within a production, FMCG, food, or processing environment
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
* Strong mechanical or technical aptitude with a hands-on problem-solving approach
* A proactive, driven individual seeking structured training and long-term career progression
