Do you want a people management focused role, directly responsible for the success of 5 direct reports and ensuring that a wider team of 30 staff are on track? In this role, you will oversee day-to-day shop floor operations across the wood mill, upholstery, dispatch, sewing and pre-build departments. You will be responsible for approximately 30 production staff, including five direct reports, ensuring the production plan is delivered efficiently while resolving staffing, scheduling and operational issues as they arise.
