As the business continues to grow, there will be excellent opportunities for long-term career development.Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and seasonal production schedules.Lead and support production teams to achieve operational targets and KPIs.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and warehouse operations.Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance remain the highest priority.Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance with BRC and company standards.Promote effective cross-departmental communication and teamwork.Coach, train, and develop production staff to maximise performance.Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
