Key Responsibilities Production Supervisor: Oversee daily electronic assembly and manufacturing activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications. Plan and monitor complex production schedules to meet delivery targets. Analyse production data to improve efficiency and quality, employing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. Ensure all products meet stringent electrical quality standards and health and safety regulations. Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Manage specialised manufacturing equipment to ensure it is maintained and operational. Monitor stock levels and work with procurement to address electronic component lead times.
