Working hands-on alongside the team, the Line Lead provides direction and support to operatives, ensures SOPs and GMP standards are followed, and acts as the key link between the production team and Shift Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate operatives to ensure the smooth running of the production line. Deliver daily KPIs for output, quality, efficiency, downtime, and waste. Set up machinery and complete routine line and equipment checks. Monitor production flow and promptly escalate issues to the Shift Manager. Carry out and accurately record in-process quality checks.
