Kingston Barnes has a fantastic opportunity for a Production Shift Lead for one of our manufacturing clients in the Bristol area. Our client specialises in machining complex machined parts for the aerospace industry and is looking for a Production Lead to oversee production to ensure safety, quality, and output targets are met. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the shopfloor staff to ensure tasks are completed to required standards and schedules Monitor and report on shift performance Drive and support Total productive maintenance activities Promote lean manufacturing principles Be the point of liaison between the shop floor and management Complete accurate shift handover reports, production logs, and incident records Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment Assist in setting and operating CNC machines when required About you: A proven background in leadership within a precision manufacturing environment Experienced CNC, assembly, or precision engineering background Ability to motivated and guide a team Strong communicator Proven background in coaching and team development Experience within aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environment Experience conducting shift handovers and daily production ..... full job details .....
