This role requires strong man-management skills, the ability to spot areas of improvement, and previous experience in a food / beverage environment. Roles/ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and develop a small team production operatives to achieve daily targetsEnsure production lines are fully prepared with materials, equipment and staffing requirementsDrive productivity, quality and efficiency across the production operationSupport machine set-up, changeovers and first-line fault finding to minimise downtimeMaintain compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety and BRCGS standardsIdentify process improvements, reduce waste and deliver continuous performance gains About YouPrevious team leadership experience within food or drink manufacturingStrong understanding of Health and Safety, Food Safety and quality standardsHands-on approach with a strong shop floor presenceExperience working in fast-paced production environmentsConfident driving performance, quality and team engagement Please click apply or email your CV / resume to (url removed) ".
