There is an opportunity for progression within the company.Your new roleReporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily production activities, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.You will lead and motivate production teams, coordinate operational resources, and work closely with quality, maintenance and planning departments to achieve production targets and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day production operations to achieve output, quality and delivery targets.Promote and maintain a strong Health and Safety culture across the manufacturing environment.Monitor and improve key performance indicators including productivity, quality, waste and downtime.Effectively allocate labour and resources to meet production requirements.Ensure all products are manufactured to specification and customer standards.Lead team briefings and communicate operational ..... full job details .....
