This is a hands-on supervisory role, responsible for leading a team of around 30 production staff within a busy fresh food processing environment. The successful candidate will report directly to the Production Manager and will play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently, safely and to the required standards. The Role: As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of production activity, ensuring labour, materials and stock are managed effectively to meet production requirements.
