We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor with a strong background in welding to lead a team in a heavy manufacturing environment. The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. This role requires a leader who understands industrial manufacturing processes and has direct experience managing welding, plating, or similar metal finishing operations.Key Responsibilities:• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across assigned work areas (welding, plating, fabrication).• Ensure production targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost are consistently achieved.• Monitor workflow, material availability, equipment status, and staffing levels; adjust resources as necessary to meet production schedules.• Enforce all safety policies and procedures; ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards.• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and operational efficiencies.• Support training and cross-training initiatives to build a flexible and capable workforce.• Ensure all welding and plating operations are performed according to applicable standards, certifications, and customer specifications.The ideal candidate:• Minimum 5 years of experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.• Strong background in ..... full job details .....
