The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering production targets while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, health and safety, GMP and operational performance.Working closely with the wider management team, this role offers significant responsibility, visibility and the opportunity to make a real impact within a successful and expanding business.The RoleThe Production Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the production area, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to customer specifications.Key responsibilities include:Leading, motivating and developing a production team.Delivering production plans and achieving operational KPIs.Ensuring compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, GMP and Quality standards.Promoting a positive Health and Safety culture across the department.Monitoring productivity, waste, downtime and labour utilisation.Managing staffing levels, training plans and employee performance.Maintaining production records, traceability and documentation accuracy.Utilising MRP/ERP systems to support production ..... full job details .....
