In this role, you will be supervising a team of 4-5 Production Operatives and reporting directly to the Shift Manager. You will work hands-on alongside the production team while carrying out your supervisory responsibilities, including managing stock levels, monitoring the shop floor, overseeing day-to-day production, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. This company has been established for over 20 years and continues to expand to meet increasing customer demand.
