Reporting to the Shift Manager/Assistant Shift Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the production area, ensuring the team operates safely, efficiently and to the required quality and production standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate production activities throughout the shift. Ensure production plans, targets and OEE requirements are achieved. Manage communication between production lines and departments. Ensure sufficient materials, labour and resources are available. Monitor product quality and ensure all QC checks are completed correctly. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and Health & Safety. Lead team meetings and identify training and development requirements. Coach and develop team members, helping to build a multi-skilled workforce.
