They take pride in their products, supplying mainly into the retail industry for the likes of Aldi and Lidl, and have set their sights on becoming a leading company within their field.

This role would a Production Supervisor looking to further their skills in a manufacturing setting at an exciting company that will invest in their development.

The Role:

• Help manage the production team to deliver targets
• Plan and implement schedules
• Maintain strict quality control standards
• Collaberate with other departments to drive continuous improvement

The Person:

• Manufacturing / Production supervising experience
• A relevant degree (Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management) or equivalent industry experience
