Overtime available Company benefits.   Day Shift   Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 16:00 & Friday 07:00 - 12:45. 37.5 hours per week   Experience Required   The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and leading a production team, ensuring production targets, quality standards and company KPIs are consistently achieved. Lead, mentor, guide and supervise a production team. Support with the development of the production team. Manage day-to-day production activities and ensure production targets are met. Monitor production out-put and ensure products are manufactured to the required quality standards. Ensure the team meets production KPI’s. Allocate tasks and manage workloads across the production team. Lead return-to-work meetings and monitor team attendance. Be hands-on and support production operations when required.
