Production Supervisor Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency and are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor for our prestigious manufacturing client based in the Accrington area. Salary and Package £40,(Apply online only).00 DOE.Overtime availableCompany benefits. Day Shift Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 16:00 and Friday 07:00 - 12:45.37.5 hours per week Experience Required The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and leading a production team, ensuring production targets, quality standards and company KPIs are consistently achieved.Lead, mentor, guide and supervise a production team.Support with the development of the production team.Manage day-to-day production activities and ensure production targets are met.Monitor production out-put and ensure products are manufactured to the required quality standards.Ensure the team meets production KPI s.Allocate tasks and manage workloads across the production team.Lead return-to-work meetings and monitor team attendance.Be hands-on and support production operations when required.Complete process documentation and administration.Complete production records and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.Carry out quality assurance checks and address any quality issues.Ensure production areas are maintained to a high standard.Strong IT skills.Strong character with the ability to communicate effectively across all departments.Work in line with company health and safety procedures and ensure the team ..... full job details .....
